By accessing or using ImagesToPDF (https://img2pdf.cabokit.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Service description
ImagesToPDF provides a free tool that converts images to PDF inside your browser. Processing is intended to run locally on your device. The service is currently provided without charge and without requiring an account.
Results vary by file and device. We do not guarantee that any particular output quality or format requirement will be met.
2. Local processing; no hosted file storage
Conversion is designed so that your files are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to ImagesToPDF servers for storage or processing. You remain responsible for securing your device, browser, and any downloaded output files.
3. Backups
Always keep original backups of important files before converting. Do not rely on ImagesToPDF as your only copy of critical documents.
4. Your content and legal responsibility
You alone choose which files to process. You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed to process those files, and that your use complies with applicable law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use ImagesToPDF for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to abuse, overload, scrape, or automate the service in a way that harms availability or security
- Attempt to bypass technical limits, security measures, or access controls
- Misrepresent ImagesToPDF as an official service of any third-party brand
6. Technical limits
ImagesToPDF may enforce limits such as maximum file size or page count. Limits may change. Large files may cause slow performance or failures on some devices.
7. No warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CABOKIT AND ImagesToPDF DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CABOKIT, ImagesToPDF, AND THEIR OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR FROM CONVERSION RESULTS.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim (currently $0 for the free tool) or (b) USD $50.

ImagesToPDF uses third-party open-source libraries. See Open-source licenses.
10. Changes and termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
